Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > A self portrait, eyepatch and all.

Yes, the eyepatch is real. I had a non-cancerous brain tumor removed years ago. In the operation, the nerve that controls the eyelid was damaged, so the eye is stuck shut.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > This is the Living Room Arcade. When closed, it looks like any other cabinet in the living room. But, when open, it can play arcade games on the PC, or GameCube or XBox games routed to the monitor. You also have access to the keyboard and mouse routed, the arcade controls and keyboard tray both pull out for use.

It borrows a great deal from the Secret Arcade.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > This is the Secret Arcade. It is hidden inside an O'Sullivan cabinet. An arm folds down with three rotating control panels. One flat, for resting game console controllers on. One with arcade controls, for playing arcade games. One with keyboard and trackball for computer games.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > This is the Desktop arcade, one of the simplest arcades I've seen. It can be created in a single weekend.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > The top of the coffee table arcade flips up to reveal the controllers inside.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > Just a "Class Photo" of my first three arcades.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > This is Killer Pizza. Not an arcade machine exactly. Instead, this is designed for LAN parties. 2.4 GHz Pentium IV, 1 Gig RAM, 120 GB HD, in a snazzy transportable case. It folds into a case 24" wide, 24" deep, 8" tall.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > The controllers of the coffee table arcade pull out. Parallel arms keep the controllers at an appropriate level.
Donald Brown (GadgetDon) > This was my first arcade cabinet I built, and the only one I didn't design. It's a cocktail style, two people can sit down and play.
